Clippers owner Steve Ballmer has promised Inglewood $75 million to fund affordable housing.

Owners of the Forum (MSG) Madison Square Garden continue with push back and litigation of the proposed 26-acre clippers development located on West Century Boulevard.


On Tuesday about 8 Inglewood residents with attorneys expressed their disappointment against the development in hopes of affordable housing in front of the court building in down Los Angeles. This is after Clippers owner Steve Ballmer has promised the city of Inglewood $75 million to fund affordable housing projects.


The city of Inglewood continues to stand by its position "the property is under the Los Angeles International Airport flight path, and under an agreement with the Federal Aviation Administration, can't build new residential housing.
