The proposed project, located at 3820 W. 102nd Street, will involve demolishing a low-rise commercial building to construct a new 15-story building. The development will encompass approximately 310,000 square feet and will include a 174-room hotel, 3,255 square feet of office space, 6,537 square feet of hotel restaurant space, 1,310 square feet of lounge space, a 4,000 square-foot private club, and 4,000 square feet of spa and amenity space. This hotel development is set to rank among the tallest buildings in Inglewood and will coincide with the beginning of the L.A. Clippers' games next season.
Other hotel developments are near Intuit Dome. A 300-room hotel planned within the Hollywood Park site, a 13-story inn proposed at 4200 W. Century Boulevard, and a Fairfield Inn set to begin construction later this year at 3640 Century Boulevard.
