A 53 million dollar mixed-use affordable housing complex in Inglewood.

Los Angeles County Department of Public Social Services formally located at 923 E. Redondo Boulevard will be replaced by a 53 million dollar affordable housing development.

The four-story Inglewood development will contain 101 one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments - including 50 supportive housing units for formerly homeless persons - and 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Just east of the 55-acre Edward Vincent Jr. Park, and a few blocks north of the Fairview Heights Station. The $53-million development will offer rents as low as $545 per month.

Completion of the housing development is anticipated in Fall 2021.
